I ordered a AF2440 100w and it shipped the next day. It arrived quickly and was crated very well. The delivery driver was kind enough to help me put it in the shop. It was easy to setup with t h e help of videos from the Facebook Omtech group. My only minor complaint is the door is bent out about 1/2 an inch on one side. If I bend it back it might Crack the powdercoating. I didn't bother reporting it as I was expecting there would be some fit/finish possible issues for the price. I am really enjoying the laser and the things I can now create.

Phone support is excellent. They understand the problem and told me how to fix it. There was an issue with my controller and they walked me through the process on how to program it. Thank you Omtech.

Love my machine 80w CO2 laser MF2028-80 All works perfect, the only thing was that it was leaking water from one of the hoses inside the machine. My daughter notice it and i was able to fix it my self. Other than that great machine and quality.

Wir haben mittlerweile 2 Laser sowie Zusatzteile bei Omtech gekauft & sind einfach super zufrieden. Sowohl mit den Produkten als auch mit dem wunderbaren Kundenservice, der bei Anliegen immer super schnell weiterhilft. So etwas gibt es nicht mehr oft & auch jetzt am Sonntag habe ich innerhalb von 20 Minuten eine Antwort auf meine Frage bekommen und auch meine Bitte wurde direkt umgesetzt. From ordering online to the shipping partners, it was a smooth transaction. Unit came in great shape and was packed very well.

Got through to support on the phone right away. Explained our issue. Was emailed the information for the needed purchase same day and made the purchase next day. Had the product in about 3-4 days.

I looked at a lot of lasers sure am satisfied with my mf 1224 ,use it in my leather shop had a few issues but teck support was great could not ask for anything good co. To do business with would recommend them .

Jose (service technician), helped identify my issue and supplied the information for ordering the needed part to get my laser machine running again.
