This is one of the worst online tutoring services you will engage it will take your money for $49 and leave you hanging for a technician to help you with your software issues. They will even not respond back with changing of appointment. And that money that you paid if they don't show up you can't get it back

I purchased an AF2440 100-watt Laser from Omtech's online site with a 5200 water chiller. I received the machine and set it up as per the instruction. 1 there is a water leak inside the cabinet. 2 the autofocus doesn't work. 3 the laser image of the test page was shifted and blurry with areas of misalignment. with the image being distorted (I wish I could have uploaded an image) Called OmTech for support at 8:00 am on a brand-new machine been waiting all day for a call back from the tech support dept. Basically, feeling like I threw 6 grand away because of their lack of support and the condition of the machine upon arrival. BTW still haven't received a call back from tech support will update this as things progress.

Extremely poor and inefficient customer service. I bought 55 w laser and used it for 4 months and 62 hours on it and the x axis movement ceased. Sent email and called about 8 times. No one called back. Thats not the worst part, whenever i called i was told i will get a call same day( all 4 days same thing) but no one called, same thing went on for 4 days. The company dont even give a correct timeline, if they would have just told me that i will get a call on a particular day that would have been good. Very unprofessional and rude . I don't believe what Omtech's website claims their co2 laser machines can do. they display an image from Kern Laser website. Kern uses a US metal laser tube to 3D engrave a wooden eagle. Omtech displays this exact same image across their machines removing Kerns logo. Its falsely advertising.

Product = good Process to get help = SUCKS! It literally took weeks to get any attention to my matters and it still wasnt resolved. Once you get help, it's all about sending pictures, send videos etc. You send one, then 3 days later their response is to send another. If you are going to use your laser for business, buy from someone who can support the product based in the US. I also asked where I can buy a set screw for my mirrors since mine broke off, "can you send us a photo." Are you kidding me!
