i had an issue with my machine and omtech support was fantastic!!. they helped me with my issues to resolve problems. that said the training part of their service needs work. had a hard time getting the one hour of training

Have a 60w Red and Black pretty good machine. I will say the owners manual is not 100% applicable to this machine. For example, The lense and laser head is NOT the one you see in the manual or on the youtube videos for cleaning. This machine has a laser head in the same style as the thunder, with a tool needed to unscrew the lense securing nut. The manufacture did however provide a tool on the key ring for this, just did not know what it was for initally. Overall happy, but wish the manual was more up to date for these newer models.

I bought the 55w and wanted the rotary too. I had a 5% off and a bonus 5% off but you were out of the rotary. Now back in stock☹️. My machine arrived very quickly and I finally got it moved in and bigger blower, air assist and camera installed. Ordered the wrong camera and just ordered the right Loving it while I learn to use it. Wish it came preloaded with some files to play with. I have never owned a laser so I have a huge learning curve. So many videos to help with most everything. I will eventually work out all of “my” kinks and know I will love this machine.

Quality product. Love using this laser. My only beef is the exhaust fan needs to be stronger to evacuate all the smoke. Cough cough!!

60W MOPA Lasaer was supposedly shipped. All I got was the Rotary Option. No Laser at all. Box and shipping info said it should weigh 123 Lbs but obviously this little box is not the case. Whole entire laser missing from shipment. Tried calling OMTECH but all I can get is some offshore call center. No way to actually speak with someone at the company to find out what is going on. First called them two days ago, then twice again this morning. Also sent them an email. No one can tell me what has happened. (UPDATE: So, see below... So now they suggest I CONTACT THEM to get this resolved? I've already contacted them multiple times by phone, email AND chat... What about all the times I ALREADY contacted them? Why should the NEXT 5 times be any different?) UPDATE #2: OMTech has worked pretty hard to make this right. They clearly have some issues with their logistics (even the shipment of the replacement was delayed for days...) It appears their heart is in the right place its just that their services are so fragmented that logistics is suffering... Best guess is that the Shipping Driver who picked up my shipment (at their warehouse) cut the little box (with the shipping label) off the big box (laser) and stole it. Not my problem in any case - other than an extended delay in getting the replacement and a bit of frustration in getting the replacement process started...

Ordered my laser and was shipped within a week. People have been great. For Newbies there is t much information give as to what anything does. I was disappointed in the manual and it not explaining more about the machine or including a cut file to play with. I also bought a chiller CW 3000 but was told later I needed the CW 5000 minimum for my 80 watt machine. The problem was the 80 watt bundle I got came with the 3000. I find it very discouraging that you would even sell a 3000 with an 80 watt when you suggest a minimum of 5000

Got a refurbished machine and it looks good! Everything was adjusted and the supplies and support were all included. Seems like a great laser and looking forward to more time with it.
