Great customer service
Great customer service! I had a technical question about replacing the Z axis belt on my laser and they actually made a video for me with my exact model to share how to replace it! Thank you!

Good Prices, Long Wait
I love their marking spray product, but it is so expensive on Amazon. Buying it from their website is way cheaper, but delivery can take up to 3 weeks in my experience.

I’m buying my second OMTech laser now
I’m buying my second OMTech laser now. My first machine has been running nonstop, and when the fan started making noise, the support team immediately sent me a replacement completely free of charge. They even included clear instructions on how to install it. The customer service is outstanding. My business is growing, and I’m confident OMTech is the right equipment supplier for me.

I have had no issues with my machine at all. I am pretty tech savvy, so I didn't find it hard to setup. I'm very happy with my purchase!
