A bit complicated and having to purchase upgraded stuff. Should be able to use this without worrying about a fire.

Purchasing was great. Setup instructions could be more direct. In particular the water pump that comes with the machine. Having a Laser Engraver is a larger learning curve than I expected. I still am learning the basics like how to shut the machine down after a burn. Do I need to let it run for set period of time to cool down.

Some trouble in the beginning but the machine is running good now. Thank you tech support.

The pre-order process and product selection was very informative and and shipping was on time based on the original agrements of shipping time table.\ THe only reason I have givben a 4 star rather than 5 starts was that when the 130 watt CO2 unit came in with the laser bed completely out of alignment, the bed omn one side was 3" too low and the other side was 2" above the square position of the unit. I was expecting that the unit would have been QC'd prior to shipping to the end user. This unit had no QC'd performed before the unit was shipped. This took over 2 days to perform the necessary leveling of the honey based bed. After leveling the bed, I attempted a pulse check and found that the mirrors were not in alignment. This took another day to adjust the mirrors because they were way out of alignment. I have had several CO 2 las3ers so I was able to perform several types of alignmentto align the mirros but found in the end that the mirror 1 was the major isues of non alignment. I would say that the unit does perform per the specifications and documentation found in user groups, MFG w3ebsites and reviews found in other locations on the web.
