New laser tube and power supply came well packaged in a very timely manner

We are absolutely happy with our new OMTech 60W Red/Black. People claim that you're buying a project as much as a product - but understand that it's an *awesome* project. After some initial refinement, you'll understand your machine well enough to maintain it yourself, and the results will be tremendous. The support at OMTech has been great and, without even trying, the machine started making money for us immeidately. Highly recommend OMTech for both value and support!!!

I bought a CW 5200 cooler product took about two weeks to get here it work for about 2 to 3 weeks and then it failed we checked it it had a Freon leak call them told him could not be repaired they sent me a brand new one within a few days great customer support new one works great

Delivery was uneventful and the laser arrived in perfect condition. It worked wonderful right out of the box. Aligning the mirrors and leveling the bed took some time but really improved the cuts. My wife and I make signs and decor items that we sell and having our laser has really expanded the items we can make but has significantly increases our production rate.

So there are two facets to this... the machine... and getting it here Getting it here was a struggle... much of which boiled down to repeated miscommunication. I went to the office to see the laser in person... was told they had one in stock.... I bought the laser the next day and got an auto email saying 8 weeks. I called in asking about the discrepancy.... they said 3 weeks.... I called in again when it didn't show that it shipped. I was told 2 weeks more.. and that fell through. I ran through so customer service people... some nicer than others... in the end I got my machine 8 weeks to the day. I probably sounded crazy and hysterical... but my credit card had been charged for 4k... and I was worried. Had I gotten straight info from the start... 8 weeks would have been fine... I just felt like I got the run around and $4k is a lot of money for me. BUT... I am hearing and reading good things and I think they have had some training for their staff and I believe this has all been improved. Now the machine is a different story....LOVE THIS MACHINE. It's a good product. It's not for the unskilled... you have to be able to read directions and follow steps and apply some logic to what you're doing... aside from that... its fantastic. I've pulled in a couple friends to but one... it exceeds what I thought I could accomplish so quickly. I amaze my friends ... and play cool like "pffft that's nothing" I have ZERO buyers remorse... and I always wish I had done something different when I buy stuff... and I have none of that with this I bought a 100w red/black with manual focus and a 5200 water chiller

I bought a 60w laser tube here because I had to cancel with 2 other dishonest businesses. One took my money and emailed me saying they were preparing it as we spoke. So I called, they were waiting on stock as were most. Other company, no stock. Then OMTech responded immediately to a stock inquiry w a competitive price. New customer for life! Thanks
