The 80w laser was delivered and we were able to get it operational within a few hours after unpacking the crate. It is a solidly built unit. The only thing we needed to adjust were the lid sensors and align the mirrors. I am happy so far with the value we are getting at the price point of the Omtec brand.

I have purchased a 80 and 70 Watt this year. Both came in and ran flawless right from the start. Even has a fail 5202 cooler and they analyzed this and sent me a full refund. Could not work with a better company. Thank You for running an excellent operation.

My laser initially arrived damaged and I was really concerned with how long it would take to get the parts needed. Having support and parts stateside allowed OMTech to get the replacement parts quickly and their customer service was great. The laser has worked awesome and was exactly what our small business needed to bring us to the next level. We will definitely be using OMTech for all our future laser cutter and engraver needs! Highly recommend!

Overall I’m very happy with my purchase of an Omtech laser. I bought the red and black 80w. Shipping time took much longer than I anticipated however it arrived in perfect condition. The laser has worked amazingly thus far and I have no regrets!

150 Watt Laser received damaged but OMTECH worked with me to resolve the issue and get my laser working fast. Thanks.
