Fast service..

I have now owned my OMTech laser for about 8 months. It is surprisingly easy to use without a camera. (I own a GF and really like that camera ability). I also purchased the rotary at the same time and live that I can engrave cylindrical items as well. The only problem I find, is that when I remove my rotary, and plugged in the normal controller cable, all my images and words are flipped. Therefore I have to keep my GLowForge to do the fat items

Service has been great. When I had any issues I have been able to get someone on the phone.

I love everything about my purchase and customer service. Delivery was perfect and slowly starting to learn how to use the machine. OMTech has great instruction videos and articles.

OMTech is good company. I ordered my 80w 24x35 laser with the White Glove delivery service so it would be moved into my house and uncrated. It made the delivery charge very expensive but was worth it not to have it left at the end of my driveway since it’s hard for me to get enough helpers to move it. It turned out there was a mixup with the local shipper and they don’t do White Glove service. OMTech was very apologetic and contacted me numerous times. I’m sure it was an honest mistake and the local courier probably had driver shortages. Without me asking, OMTech fully refunded all my delivery charges including the White Glove service. I’ve had my laser setup for a few months now. After doing the recommended upgrades, it’s been amazing and does everything I hoped and expected. I use it daily and love it. I would recommend OMTech Laser, and I will likely buy another from them. The 80w is a perfect starter with a good blend of engraving and cutting power. My next will be just for cutting.

OMTECH 55/60 watt 16-24 inch laser. The laser arrived quickly and has performed perfectly right out of the box. Any addons or modifications are strictly preference and are not required. I have been extremely pleased with the performance and condition of the machine.

A well built tool. Making a jump from from a 2.8 watt diode to a 100 watt CO2 has a learning curve, but I’m getting there!
