I had been contemplating buying a laser cutter/engraver for the past couple of years. After researching, reading reviews, etc., I chose OMTech. I went with the 100w 20x28 because I didn’t want to get started then wish I had gone with a bigger machine. Thus far, I’ve been very satisfied. Super grateful for the videos & Facebook page.

Very pleased!! Set up was super easy. Great price and hope to get a bigger unit in the future. Ordered filtration system also but replacement filters are difficult to find. Hope you will start carrying them soon. Overall thumbs up on my laser.

I've purchased and received an OMTech laser MF2028-100 back in March. It came with no visible damage and set up was relatively easy. When I tried to print something the laser wouldn't communicate with my Lightburn software. Worked with Murphy to resolve this issue. Discovered the motherboard maybe bad and so a new one was sent. Soon after it was discovered the laser power unit was also bad. Worked with Chris to resolve this issue. Parts are still on the way but thus far my experience with their customer service and tech support has been beyond what I expected. Not to forget Janelle who has also been amazing. If I spelled her name wrong, please forgive.

Have not yet been able to use the machine. Can't get RD Work or Lightburn software to communicate with the laser. Waiting patiently for resolution. Working with support to get this resolved but answers are slow in coming. I'd like to update my review once this is done but that will be yet to be seen. I'm sure that you're doing your best at the moment - I'm just excited to get going. Updated: Parts have arrived and have been installed. My machine is working as I expected. I am excited to update my review. I'm well pleased with the results, sometimes being patient is the most difficult part.
