I ordered my laser engraver online so I really didn’t have a customer service experience yet. But everything was perfect. The only issue was the trucking company could only give me a 5 hour window for delivery. Which is probably pretty standard just not convenient. The crate arrived in perfect condition. I unpacked it and installed it in my shop with no issues. I love that I can improvise a little as far as the exhaust and water cooling because the price point is great! I’ve been making product for about a month now and I have learned enough to churn out product with no mistakes just still can learn more and improve my efficiency. Thank you OMTECH!

I purchased a MF 1220-50 Laser and had a problem with the laser firing during setup. The problem was finally determined to be a defective water sensor and a replacement was shipped to me in one day. The problem is now resolved and the laser works great. Great customer service!
