I have ran every trouble shooting possible on this for the reason that it say I am having and still not working.

Laser arrived with the feet completely broken off, the mirrors were very misaligned, the lid has an obvious warp in the middle of the plexiglass.

Still waiting for my Polar. No updates on shipping. No way (that I can find) to see if shipping date is still the same - estimated for 3/15. Ordered 1/14.

My machine will get shipped to me February 20th of this year but from your website I'm having a little buyers remorse that I'm getting a machine that is too small for what I plan on doing. I'm a two and three-dimensional greeting card maker and designer. The problem is I couldn't produce fast enough with my greeting cards and boxes. I'm trying to up my game and I need to work faster with veneer that's why I chose the polar.

I think the price on this is too high. It works but not fully with removing/ reducing smell. I do enjoy the different settings of levels of strength for how high you want the fan to work. 7/10 for me.

Thanks for your reply. It appears that a wire for the motor I guess had come loose. I opened the right side of the machine and I noticed on the third black box there was a blue wire hanging loose. Luckily I had pictures of my last unit that I had taken to send to support so I took the pictures out to the machine and matched up the wiring and we plugged in the wire. Turned the machine on and it is fine now

I will start by saying the laser works well and so far I am pleased with how it operates. Unfortunately, when I opened the laser there were metal shaving in the grease on the guide rails and in the bottom of the unit. I cleaned them off before starting the machine. When I tried to turn on my laser, it wouldn't turn on. I swapped the power cord that came with the machine with one I had in my shop, and it turned right on. I also had installed the chiller from OMTech and it took a lot of troubleshooting because I had a water error (Installed hoses backwards.) Again, not a huge inconvenience, just wish the instructions were more clear since I have never set up a laser like this before. After about 5 hours of hassle, I had the machine running and ran the test program that game installed on the controller. The laser is great so far, just a few faulty items from the start and very unclear instructions. The customer service will try and help if you need. Honestly, its everything I expected from the product after reading other reviews.
