Great experience, as a first time laser person it has went very well. The 60w 20x28 Omtech has worked perfectly. My only suggestion is to make sure the bed is true to the nozzle. Mine was off about 1.5mm from left to right (x axis). The tech support sent. Me a video to correct this. Thank you.

Received my Omtech 20W fiber laser. Delivery was prompt and very pleasant. The laser was undamaged and completely built. Once the software and drivers were installed it fired right up worked without any issues. Great experience and I would buy again.

The price was right, the delivery was excellent. It arrived a bout a week early but I was informed in plenty of time to be here for the delivery.

Support was responsive to a minor issue. Worked through to align mirrors and did recommended upgrades and the laser is cutting very well with minimal char.

I’ve yet to receive my laser. It is supposed to ship out at the end of February. I ordered the OmTech Polar. I have researched it and am very excited to receive my new laser. I choose this laser over the Glowforge for several reasons. 1. Affordable 2. From the community it looks like you have excellent technical support. 3. Rotary tool included. 4. It has all the features the Glowforge has to offer and then some. When I get my laser I will be starting a YouTube channel around it and what it can do. I would love to work with Omtech on future projects. Thanks for being awesome!

I was interested in getting a new laser set up, looked at Omtech and say different prices all over the board. I called Omtech and got the answers I needed right away. Glad i did not buy one of the other ones that are knock offs. Customer service is excellent.

Everything went smoothly except... I bought the light burn software and it's not clear whether om tech is going to send me an authorization code or what. Right now I'm running on the free trial of lightburn. Everything else went good and was delivered quickly. I would have listed at five stars had that been a little clearer. 12-16-22 All is great! Received lightburn access code and we're off to the races. Software is amazing! Kudos to the 'coders' I have no experience with other software so no comparisons but with all the YouTube tutorials available it's been a fairly quick learning curve.

The machine looks solid. Ordering was very easy and communication with the company was great. 10/10 would buy from again.
