We are new to laser owners, no experience at all. After much research we went with the mf1220-5R 50w CO2 laser plus 5200 industrial chiller , inline duct fan upgrade and lightburn software. All items were shipped promptly and laser was set up correctly when shipped. No adjustments needed. It took some time and patience to learn how to operate software but within a few days and watching many tutorial videos we are very excited and learning something new every day. We are very thankful that we chose the 50w and Omtech. Learning it's capabilities is so exciting.

I had an issue with the red dot o Lin my CO2 machine. I emailed OMTech support to ask if there was a way to refocus the beam. They quickly replied saying that the beam was defective and would send a replacement under warranty right away. After confirming my address, it was shipped shortly after! Can’t ask for better customer service than that.
