I've worked with OMI a couple times over the past few years. They have always come through for me. They are very honest and deliver on their promises. If you're looking for high end watches and great prices, this is the place! Great products and customer service! I'll be working with them again very soon.

had the best experience at OMI Jewelry! The team is professional, extremely understanding, and genuinely works with you to stay within your budget. As someone who loves jewelry and has purchased pieces from other places before, I can confidently say that nothing compares to OMI. The quality is outstanding and truly speaks for itself. What really sets them apart is their honesty and integrity. Unlike other jewelers, I felt I could fully trust OMI to provide exactly what was promised—both in terms of gram weight and craftsmanship. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work is unmatched. I highly recommend them!

Ordered a women’s Rolex in February, said it was in stock, (it wasn’t) waited 2-3 weeks for delivery. Most recently watch got moisture inside bezel(big non no) , now the watch has 2 year warranty from OMI. Not able to speak to 1 person after multiple calls/emails. Ended up taking watch to local authorized rolex repair shop. Was told the crown was not right and the crystal was ready to fall out. Spent more than 2K (of my money)having the watch fixed so I could wear it😳 horrible customer service, especially when purchasing such a high dollar item, shame on you guys. Buyer beware . I heard Bobs watch’s is the way to go, unfortunately it was too late for me.

Bought something and then after emailing them twice for a status update they told me they were out of stock and it would be 2-3 additional weeks. After another email, they posted a credit to my card, which they then reversed! Now I am disputing it with my credit card company

I dealt exclusively with Anthony Duque, who truly went above and beyond to procure and deliver my Omega Aqua Terra watch. He is a true professional and always responded promptly to my many inquiries. The total experience could not have been more satisfying.
