The Rolex I purchased specifically said it had a ceramic bezel both in the headline of the listing and in the description. I received an aluminum bezel Rolex. The attempt to make it “right” was to try to upsell me on a more expensive watch. False advertising and lackluster customer service. Also, if you want to actually talk to someone on the phone it’s basically impossible. No one answers the phone.
