The watch was exactly as described. It looks great. Actually, looks brand new!! The appraisal was a nice addition, I just wish it actually listed carats of diamonds and date and style of watch, so as to identify the appraisal to the specific watch. BUT, it came packaged perfectly AND with a nice original Rolex box. I’m sure my wife will love it, our anniversary isn’t for another 3 weeks! The package is killing her with anticipation. But, I previewed it, and it is flawless! Definitely will do business with again. Russel has great communication, and with the warranty on the watch as well as lifetime warranty on diamond replacement, can’t beat it.
