Website and ads say FSA/HSA qualified. And they do offer a Medical Necessity letter, however the are not eligible. Poor customer service that blames you for not checking. Shoe is large a large fit and they said I could exchange but still have not shopped the replacement. Not recommended at all. Full of lies and deceit.

I've bought Olukai sandals every year for 20 years and have always had two pair, was never without a backup. Putting away winter boots and slipping into Olukai flip-flops was a highlight of spring. Not anymore. I had a pair of Olukai Ohana begin to separate after just one week and contacted them to begin replacement investigation. That was 6 weeks ago. Multiple submissions, multiple emails, efforts to reach out on social media have all been ignored. Nothing from them at all. Olukai has no customer service. If you buy their product you are on your own, and their product is nothing like it once was. Olukai will fail you like they have me. You have been warned. Find alternatives. Great Shoes, Disappointing Customer Service I’ve been a loyal OluKai customer for years and think the shoes are great. Unfortunately, their customer service is not great. I recently ordered two pairs of shoes in size 10, but OluKai mistakenly shipped one pair in size 7. Rather than simply correcting their fulfillment error, they put the burden on me to resolve it. I had to navigate a frustrating online chat, submit multiple rounds of photographs to prove their mistake, print a return label, and arrange a trip to USPS. All because their warehouse shipped the wrong size. When I expressed my frustration, customer service offered a 50% discount on a future purchase, but it expired in 90 days. I’d just purchased two pairs of shoes, so that’s useless. They eventually shipped the correct shoes. But a simple fulfillment mistake turned into an unnecessarily frustrating customer experience.

I have had in total 5 pairs of Olukais over 12-15 years. My first pair were the best and lasted years. My 2nd pair were great and are still going. The 3rd pair were grey but had to be dyed black because they went a funny colour. My last pair are black, my daughter bought me those and was refunded because they started falling to pieces, she bought me another pair which were better but not nearly as long lasting as my first 2 pairs. As far as I can tell, through personal experience, the quality of the sandals has been declining for sometime now and when I received a new pair (present off my daughter) they were scratched and scuffed, it looked like they had been worn, although the sole didn’t. I knew that this was the end of my time wearing Olukais. I’ll wear these 3 pairs till they finish, I believe the brown pair will outlive the others. I think it’s time to give Island Slippers or Rainbow Sandals a go *EDIT* After getting the reply to the review from Olukai, I contacted the email, which I thought was a strange request because I’d already emailed them before the review. The reply to the email said ‘ It looks like the response you received on Trustpilot was an automated response, which is why you were directed to contact our support team.’ So they don’t even read the reviews, AI response to initial emails then automated replies to reviews. Hardly the Spirit of the Islands 😂😂 Mahalo

Ordered size 9 trainers, was sent size 11, deducted £5 for admin when returning ! Wont be troubling Olukai again with my business.....

Ordered footwear company asserted pride in speedy service says to be delivered 27 August- still not been sent on 2nd September no updates from seller.

I do not know the nature of the negative reviews but I personally had an excellent experience with the return process. Heard back in less than an hour and within 3 hours they had sent a new pair of shoes as a replacement. They also allowed me to keep the damaged pair I had.

I buy on 25.8.2026 and paid by Applepay on olukai.eu. Till now nothing happened. Even not answer on mail. I think this is fraud. Changed on 29.8.2026 because service react after my escalation and refund the purches. Explanation, that product not find on stock. Understandable, but not service answer so delayed.
