I buy on 25.8.2026 and paid by Applepay on olukai.eu. Till now nothing happened. Even not answer on mail. I think this is fraud. Changed on 29.8.2026 because service react after my escalation and refund the purches. Explanation, that product not find on stock. Understandable, but not service answer so delayed.

I am updating my original review because OluKai Europe ultimately resolved both issues and processed the refunds. The process took longer than expected, and for a while I felt I was not getting clear help or a firm timeline. Communication was often slow, which made the situation stressful. However, once the cases were properly reviewed, the team followed up, worked with the warehouse, and completed the refunds. I appreciate that the issues were eventually taken seriously and resolved. I am satisfied with the final outcome. My main suggestion would be to improve communication, provide clearer case updates, and make it easier for customers to reach a real person when a return becomes complicated.

They really don’t have a customer service department. Calls are answered by a machine. They have an option of getting a call back. They lie. I tried the AI chat. It kept dropping out. After numerous tries, I finally got my message through. The reply from AI was that I had to go through a live agent. I was promised that I would be contacted by email. Good luck with that. This all started with me trying to use a gift card. There was no way to enter it. The order placed and was charged to my card. I was trying to have the amount of the gift card refunded and replaced by the amount of the gift card. The AI ‘person’ said this was impossible. I would only recommend them to someone I really hated. My initial review was based on an extremely high level of frustration. I had never used AI before and wasn't sure about it. I was forced to use it since talking with a real person was impossible. Once I started using AI, I was very impressed. It was like speaking with a real person except it was quicker and more accurate. The recommendations I have for OluKai are to improve their order forms an process so that using gift cards is not a challenge and to somehow communicate that AI is their customer service and don't waste time and energy trying to talk to a real person. I noticed on other reviews that their customer service was rated very low. Better communication up front by OluKai would alleviate many of the problems and frustrations experienced by their customers. As I stated earlier, using AI was not a challenge, in fact, it was almost a pleasure.

Edit - Customer service a bit slow but very happy with resolution I received the incorrect pair of flip flops and have been unable to get in contact. I've emailed every day for the past week and got a reply between 10pm and 2am so there was 24 hours between email replies. No contact number and online chat doesn’t work. Edit: Olukai have finally confimed they will send a replacement out and I can keep the incorrect pair which is nice. Got there eventually 😊

I order a pair of men's shoes as a gift for Christmas on Dec 18. I tracked them and saw they were not shipping. After Christmas I called but there is no person to talk with, only to request a call back. They called me back and said something happened and they would quick ship and new pair on Dec 29 that would arrive Jan 2. Today is Jan 2 and they have not yet shipped. I called several times today but no call back! I am giving up. As a follow up, I did get a call from a manager who sent another pair of shoes. When they did not arrived, my money was returned and the first pair arrived. I contacted the manager to let her know the pair arrived and to recharge me, she comped the shoes as of Jan 6

I went to their website and searched "waterproof" for a nice pair of casual shoes to wear in the mornings when I am walking around in the dew. The shoes I received weren't even water resistant. I contacted customer service and was told by their representative that they were not intended to be waterproof or even water resistant. No explanation as to why they show up under that search criteria, I even sent a screenshot. As I write this I am 2 weeks past their 30 day no hassle return policy and I have worn the shoes once. One would think they would want to rectify the situation since again, it was their website that steered me to purchasing these shoes based on the search parameters I entered. UPDATE - I may have been too hasty in posting this review. I think once the customer service representative got a better understanding of my plight they responded more appropriately and are replacing my order with one that meets the criteria of my search.
