Excellent product and exceptional after sales service

Purchased a set of solar string lights. Nice ambient light that lasts into the early hours (spring). Had a few bulbs fail after a couple of months so contacted them to order replacement bulbs. They were Very responsive and efficient, I ended up with a replacement set. Good product, excellent customer service.

Contacted company to find spare bulbs that work and as it was just under 12 months since I bought them, they were under warranty. Ollny sent a full 10ft set of lights so have 17 replacement bulbs ! Arrived in 2 days. Brilliant communication and customer service

Great Value Product & Great Customer Service Water got into the solar unit, probably through the USB port. We have had a lot of heavy rain over winter. Anyway the item was replaced by Ollny promptly and efficiently. A complete unit including lights was sent.

I purchased some solar lights (string bulbs) for my garden and I have been very impressed. They look really pretty, give off a lovely soft glow round my seating area and generally elevate the area. I contacted customer support and their customer service was also excellent. 10/10

On installing our Ollny solar lights, I had an issue with the solar panel. On emailing the customer service desk, I received a prompt response with help and advice. When this didn't work the panel was replaced and received within 2 days. Not only is the product 5 stars, but the Customer Service is too!!
