Outstanding customer service,had faulty light replaced without question very quickly 👍

The lights are really beautiful, bright and effective. Unfortunately the remote control did not work, I contacted customer service who were swift to send a replacement and even followed up with an email to check everything was ok with the replacement.

From initially contacting them regarding replacement bulbs, the service has been excellent.. replacement received within 48 hours..absolutely recommend 💯.. will be ordering more products in the future. Your customer service staff are a credit to the company..

Had a set of lights stopped working emailed the company they replied promptly and a new set was sent out not installed them yet but hopefully they are ok

I recently had to email Ollny regarding some solar lights I had bought from Amazon that weren’t working properly I cannot fault them I sent them photographic proof of my problem They immediately despatched a replacement set of lights Communication has been excellent And a spec thank you to Jessica and Amy
