Bought 3 sets of string lights for the garden. 2 were fine but the third had section in the middle which did not work. Contacted customer support and they responded quickly offering to replace the lights, which they did quickly and followed up to check the replacements had been received and worked as expected. Great service. Would use them again without question.

I bought a set of string lights in October 2025. In June 2026 they stopped working. Once I made contact, they responded quickly with troubleshooting ideas. When that didn’t work there was no hesitation to replace them, honoring the one year warranty. There was constant contact from troubleshooting to delivery and even making sure the replacement was to my satisfaction. Would definitely purchase from Ollny again!

Ordered 40m solar panel fairy lights, worked perfectly for a few weeks and then developed fault. Customer Support (Amy) replied to my email within several hours and arranged replacement, at no cost or hassle to myself, which arrived within 2 days. Outstanding customer service and great product too.

Sadly, the string lights failed 8 months after buying. Ollny replaced them hassle free within a few days! Fantastic company to deal with.

The Ollny Solar lights are great value for money. Unfortunately the set I bought had developed a fault. After reporting, the customer care team very quickly got in touch and solved the problem by sending a replacement set (complete) within 5 business days. Very impressive. I will be back for sure !
