The quality of the product (light chain for garden) is maybe not the best but the customer service is great. Super nice and friendly, fast reaction. Got a replacement shipped asap.

Superb customer service. Had a problem with a string of 400 led outdoor lights 7 months after purchase. Ollny responded within a day with troubleshooting suggestions and when those suggestions were unsuccessful, replaced the lights. They kept in regular contact with friendly and respectful emails to check that the replacement had been received and was working well. Ok I had a problem with the original lights - but I will happily purchase from this company again.

Ordered some lights for the garden, really very pleased with them I ordered a second set, unfortunately after 9 months later the first set stopped working, I contacted customer services whom were most helpful and quickly replaced the lights a few days later, my Garden is lit up beautifully again, couldn’t fault customer service.

I purchased garden lights almost 1 year ago but they stopped working. I emailed their customer service department and they were brilliant. The lights were replaced with no quibble and arrived within 2 days. Great customer service and constant contact to let me know exactly what was happening. I'd have no hesitation in using Ollny again

Top notch customer service! I placed an order with them and when I opened the box, the manual was for the string of lights I ordered but the string of lights was a completely different string. I reached out and - no hassle - they sent out the correct string and I had them within the week. They were very cordial through the entire process and very communicative.
