I would’ve completely ordered the wrong size but their consultants touched based and corrected this right away before anything was done with the order. Shipping was fairly quick, got a video of the dress before shipping which was a nice touch. Dress arrived true to size and in perfect condition. No alterations were needed.

I was nervous to order my wedding dress online but I couldn’t find the perfect option in person so I took a chance… I am so glad I did! The team at Olivia Bottega were super helpful and responsive through the entire process. I even requested a detachable skirt so I could have two dresses in one, and it came out just like I imagined! The fit was pretty darn perfect too. I only had to alter the shoulders a smidge, and that was out of my personal preference, although it would have been fine without the alterations.

Dear Emily, Big thanks for your kind words! We're over the moon to hear you loved your wedding dress and how everything turned out, especially the detachable skirt. It's great to know the fit was almost spot-on, too. As every bride is special to us, we truly care about our service and experience with us! Your trust in us for such a big day means the world, and we're here for you anytime you need. Wishing you all the best in your marriage! With Love, Olivia Bottega Team

Ordered my dress online using my measurements and, when it came, it fit perfectly and looked even better than I ever thought it would. It was my dream dress and I didn’t try on any wedding dresses at all before I bought it because I knew from first sight that it was my dress plus it was way less expensive than what I expected.
