Update 8/28/21 -- Still getting spam email every freaking day. Unconscionable ... These guys are complete "Richards". I got spammed every day by email until I blocked them. When I'd reply and tell them to take me off their mailing list, they'd reply in turn "please unsubscribe" -- which didn't work. After a handful of volleys yet still getting spammed, they're confined to my Junk Mail. Seriously deficient understanding of customer service. From other reviews here and elsewhere, seems my experience is in the majority.

They have a large selection… but they take your money and then sit on it for months before shipping your purchase. Are they cash poor? If I delete anything from my cart your say (after I place it into my cart) that is not available or out of stock why does it still take weeks or months for you to ship.

I ordered my Jenni Rivera tequila from them and when I did they took my money then told me that it was back ordered.I finally got the email it was being delivered and I still haven't received it! I called them and the supervisor said I was the only one with issues getting my order. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said the owner wouldn't talk to me my small purchase wasn't a worth him talking to me! I got very upset and she escalated the conversation and started to tell me if I didn't stop cursing she would hang up. I was pissed! I have never seen such disregard to the people who pay them and keep them in business! I am done with this company! I canceled my second order immediately! It might have been a small order but I was planning on continuing to buy from them! I hope the owner sees these reviews! Disgraceful!

I wish I would've seen the prior reviews before ordering. Its been 2 weeks. No order. And I am demanding a refund! So here it is a month later. My father in law finally got his gift 2 weeks after I emailed them my complaint. As stated previously they've lost a good customer.

Please Don't repeat my mistake. Do not buy anything on this site. This is a bunch of scammers. They will take your money and you will never receive your order.

I agree with the bad reviewers. Buyer beware. No telling if anything is in stock when you order and they will not reply to emails. I currently have two orders waiting for fulfillment from several wks ago. I will have to find another supplier now. Never again:(

TERRIBLE....Actually wish I could give less than one star! Ordered online in early November and was charged immediately. After waiting over a month and not hearing from them had to call repeatedly to actually get someone on the phone. Finally did after multiple tries per day over several days. They went and found the bottle and said they'd ship it, no explanation as to the delay since when I ordered said it was in stock. Fast forward and they sent the absolute wrong product. Called and they asked me to take a picture and email them and they'd be in contact within 48 hours. Over a week and no response. Again try to call and either busy signal, no answer or getting put on hold and then hung up on. Finally get a live person and explain the situation and response was "well it's only a wrong bottle of tequila so not a big deal for you". Asked what they would be doing about it (sent me a bottle worth less that half what I ordered) and asked if I wanted a refund for the difference. When I said no, it's not what I ordered he said I could send back...didn't offer to pay for me to return their error. When I pressed, he started yelling at me and berating me. Now I didn't yell at this man, call names, or anything to warrant his response. Net is please don't support these folks and be very careful if you are doing business online with them. Will have to call credit card company and dispute I guess...

Old Town Tequila has bad customer service. I ordered the Cava De oro Extra Anejo Special Edition Ceramic 2, and received a different bottle. I asked if I could return it, but the want to charge me shipping fees for their mistake. Alma the store manager argued with me, saying there's a description on the bottom of the page where the bottle is displayed saying you might not receive the bottle you ordered, which I still don't see. My reply was"if its out of stock why doesn't the website say it out of stock like other websites. Also the bottle I receive is not on their website, so how do I know if the bottle they sent me is even worth $199.00 not including taxes and shipping frees. This company does not have the customers best interest.
