Great Selection, But No Shipping Refund on Out of Stock Items
Great selection, and I've ordered online several times without any issues. However, shipping is quite expensive for East Coast delivery—around $10-12 per bottle. My most recent order was partially shipped due to an out-of-stock item. Unfortunately, the extra shipping cost I paid was not refunded. I understand that their terms state shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances, but it feels a bit disappointing when the issue is on their side. It's something to be aware of, as you won't know which items might be out of stock when placing your order, which makes it feel like a bit of a gamble. Definitely something to consider for future orders.
