Olaplex did improve my hair :) love it

I have just started using the Olapex shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks and have noticed its damaged my hair! This is true! I have read such amazing stuff about it online and decided to purchase it. It's completely dried my hair out, it's shredded my hair to the max, and it's been falling out alot. I would definitely not recommend this product.

Worst product I have ever used. Was excited to use this and treated myself. I have always had healthy shiny hair, since using Olaplex my hair is dry, brittle and breaking. An expensive mistake. Don't use chuck it in the bin.

So excited to get this product for Xmas. Very expensive so had as gift. I'm glad to see other comments about hair. I was expecting amazing things but my hair is like bloody straw. I'm shocked and extremely disappointed. May stop using it

Olaplex has absolutely ruined my hair it has gone like candy floss… worst product I have ever used!!! Ive read a few reviews on here saying the same. How has anyone corrected this ? and got their hair back to been healthy again please help??? I could cry it has damaged it so much

I tried this product stupidly on the recommendation of the Salon Services staff. My hair was absolutely fine and now it is like candy floss. There is a coating on my hair I can’t get off and my hair has dried and become frizzy. Horrible product and really expensive! Not happy at all to have been fooled. i will see what Salon Sevices say about returning the two products I bought at £75!!! £75 is nothing to me if it is a good product but I have paid this for my hair to look terrible now

My hair wasn't great before but it’s terrible now. I had a colour and treatment and my hair looked great until I washed it myself. Now its like candy floss. Very expensive way to ruin your hair.
