Used this 3 times over the space of 3 months, gradually after each use my hair became dry and unmanageable :( after 6 months of using conditioning treatments and leave in treatments from another company it's only just starting to become manageable again. I have hair down to the bottom of my back and I'm going too have to get a good wack cut off. Still really upset with it all, iv never had a problem with my hair hence how iv managed to grow it so long

I’ve seen bad reviews about this everywhere and people keep on asking me why I use it well my sisters have been using it for a couple of years now the whole set and they loved it one of them struggles with oily hair the other one has dry damaged and mine was lacking moisture I recently bought the shampoo conditioner and hair mask and I’m obsessed! It completely changed my hair my hair feels more manigable I only need to wash it twice a week my hair feels so much more lighter healthier no cons to this except it is a bit expensive for people who was their hair every other day :)

I did not have any problems with my hair. My hair dresser suggested olaplex 3 as a general treatment . I thought why not and tried it after 1 use my hair became so matted I really tried hard to comb through and really struggled. My hair started to shed really badly . I know this was the olaplex as I have never had any problems with my hair. I would not recommend to any one my hair has never been the same since, my biggest regret. You know the old saying if it ain’t broke. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, wish I had read all the reviews before trying. I have read of others who suffered the same thing we can’t all be wrong. It was definitely the olaplex.

Ik gebruik sinds 2 maanden olaplex shampoo en conditioner. Merk niet echt verbetering. Wel heb ik sinds de laatste maand een warme jeukende hoofdhuid. Spoel heel goed uit want kan me voorstellen dat t daar aan kan liggen. Ik word er helemaal gek van. Denk dat ik maar weer andere shampoo ga proberen, zonde van mijn geld...😒

Used Olaplex purple shampoo! Left my normally healthy hair dry, brittle and unmanageable. Contacted Olaplex as I was so upset! Only to be told “buy a hair treatment”,to get condition back. Terrible customer service! Wouldn’t purchase again.

I bought this shampoo a couple months ago and found I had an unnatural amount of hairloss, where just touching my hair and washing it would come out from the root in clumps - not breakage. I now have half the amount of hair I used to have before realising it could be this product. I did not experience any itching or signs of being allergic while this was happening. I do not have any medical conditions, don't take medication and I am under no stress in home or work life. After alot of research on the internet, I found a large amount of forums with alot of poeple experiencing the same problem. After stopping using it and found the hair loss to be alot less!

I had part treatment when I went for a trim with no issue however 2 weeks later I went and had a full treatment only and within hours had a skin reaction..my hair became like straw and couldn't get a brush through it..... falling out and my body was full of spots and a rash... my hairdresser was shocked and has now had to cut majority of my hair off into a short pixie... I have mild eczema that can flare up at times so be warned if you have a skin condition.. this is nothing the salon did it was an issue with the product and my skin/body.. this product should have a skin test like you would do for highlights/colours...... Read reviews before you use this treatment.. it ruined my hair

It hasn’t made a huge difference to my hair but it has to my skin!! I started getting a red rash & spots on my face but couldn’t work out why, then I stopped using the product & it went away, I tried it again and straight away the same thing happened. Not ideal for anyone with sensitive skin!
