My shampoo spoiled. I have purchased this product from my salon and Macy’s . I keep my shampoo in the shower with the lids closed and I purchased the small bottles. My shampoo started to smell funny then the remainder of the product changed to a bluish green color. I have never had shampoos spoil before. I was shocked because I really liked this product and was surprised that it spoiled within 2 months of purchase.

After using Olaplex no.4 purple shampoo my scalp became incredibly itchy and scabbed. My hair then started to fall out in clumps and my scalp was obviously very itchy! My hair now feels so thin and straggly and am amazed by how many other women have experienced this same problem! My doctor prescribed me a scalp steroids for 10 days which has helped the itching and the hair loss is slowing but still coming out in clumps. Avoid avoid avoid!

This takes time to rebuild bonds in your hair but after time you will feel results

Excellent. I used no.5 and the oil. Totally recommend. My hair was dull and frizzy (so damaged from colouring and straightening). I dumped the straighteners, bought these products and a dyson hair dryer. My hair is glossy and frizz free. Totally recommend Olaplex

Do Not Use This appears on first use to be amazing then....I noticed hair loss something I haven't ever suffered from. My thick hair is now so much thinner !! So upset

This shampoo is not for everyone!! I thought Ill give the shampoo and conditioner a try but I regret so much as it’s made my hair fall out so much ! My hair has gone so fine!! I do not recommend at all

In the recent month I have taken five flights abroad as I have been travelling, and every single flight at least one of my Olaplex products (no. 3,4,5 full size and no. 4,5 in travel size) has exploded or leaked in both my check-in and carry-on luggage. Every single flight I have tried to package my bottles differently in order to prevent leakage, however the bottles still manage to leak- I have lost over half the product in most of my bottles due to leakage. This is a shame because Olaplex has benefited my hair, however if I cannot travel with the products, there is no point in me buying them.

After having damaged my hair (hair extensions) I was adviced to start using Olaplex. I did 1&2 at a hair salon and started using 3,4&5 at home. After about 5/6 weeks my scalp felt extremely dry, now all my hair has snapped or fallen out (with the root). I feel so upset, not only because it was a waste of money, but it completely ruined my hair. I have extremely fine hair and not a lot of it. Now it’s nearly all gone. :( Olaplex is not for everyone!
