Ogawa World USAReviews of ogawaworldusa.com

I have been dreaming of purchasing a massage chair for a few years. I started researching and decided I wanted an Ogawa, however hesitated to complete my order. Last Saturday I decided to call Ogawa with a question Ethan was so helpful, patient, and guided me so it was then I decided I was ready and purchase my chair. I have spoken to Ethan 3 times and each time he’s answered by questions, Ethan is so knowledgeable and courteous.

Ethan was very helpful. He called and spoke about financing or any other questions that I may have had.

I trust that Ogawa makes a good product, professional like Ethan and Sara are just what the company needs to seal the deal! Ethan is knowledgeable, patience and helpful, all the needed qualities to help customers to finish their final decisions to invest in Ogawa. What else can I say!? Let’s hope my Master Drive DUO will arrive at my home efficiently and complete this perfect circle for us. Thank you!

I had many questions about replacing my current Panasonic S track chair. I was comparing SL tracks vs newest Flexible tracks and even had questions comparing different manufactures and models. I received a lot of solid information and good advise to finally make the purchase, albeit still with some buyers remorse... but an additional $200 coupon code made it a little easier.

Your representative was knowledgeable, helpful, and communicated very clearly.

Ethan was great and answered all of my questions. I did get a couple of emails after the purchase. One was asking if I wanted to make the purchase and another t offering a $200 incentive to buy. Even though I already had. I did ask for the $200 and you did issue a credit for $200, which was right.

I am very happy with my experience in talking with Ethan from Ogawa. I felt he was very informative and honest. He made me feel comfortable and safe in ordering my massage chairs. I have tried numerous massage chairs and feel the Ogawa Master Drive AI 2.0 was the absolute best chair for me. I will give updated reviews after I receive and use the chair for a while. I highly recommend ordering from Ogawa and especially from Ethan. He is a true asset to the company.

I've had the chair for 18 months. 4 months waiting for service and parts. The chair is fine when it works but i should have spent the money on more registered massage appointments for much better pain treatment. These repairs add more stress.
