The delivery was scheduled as stated. There was no mess or disturbance to anything in my home. The installers unpackaged the chair set it up expediently and were courteous. Well done gentlemen. Now I look forward to putting it to good use.

The ordering process was very easy, the sales person was really friendly and he helped me a lot by explaining the difference between the different brands that I was looking into. However I am still waiting for my shipment, because there’s a delay and so I had to reschedule sometime next week. So I think Shipping ship be improved. But I am looking forward to the day I receive my product

My experience with the delivery company was miserable, but Ogawa was great to interact with, especially Sarah.

Ordered during the Holiday season with some delay, Thanks to Rick following through. Chair received in working order as described, great chair.

Some info was unclear as I went through the CHAT process to buy. Had questions later and unable to reach rep. In retrospect I should have spoken to a person on the phone. Unfortunately most phone reps speak to quickly and are difficult to understand due to foreign dialects. I was treated well by the rep but there were longer pauses on the CHAT text. Overall I was satisfied with the experience.

My best friend purchased the 3d chair and has been satisfied. I just purchased this product and I am excited to see if I enjoy it as much as he does. Rick was excellent on the phone
