This company over‑advertises its products and the quality does not match what they claim. I was also signed up for a subscription I never agreed to, and they charged me without my authorization. When I reached out for a return, they refused to provide a prepaid label and told me I would only get 80% of my money back. So not only was I charged for something I didn’t knowingly subscribe to, but now I’m expected to pay to return it. This feels like a trap and a very poor customer experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I ordered the Quasi mask which I did not realize at the time that I was signing up for a subscription. When I realized this I tried to cancel and they said I could not cancel the shipment because it was already processing. The second shipment came and I was out of town. They gave me a 2 week window to ship it back, which I missed. I continued to explain that my Dr. advised me not to use this product because of a skin procedure I needed to have done. This company does not care in the least bit about customer satisfaction nor are they willing to assess each situation and act accordingly. They do not send prepaid shipping and they also charge a 20% restocking fee. I WOULD ADVISE STRONGLY AGAINST BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible experience, scammer company. The sign you up for subscription that is not visible when you buy. Then they don’t even advise of a second shipment (subscription you didn’t sign up for) and they simply bill you. They lie and it’s been 2 weeks now that I’m trying to get a refund. They want me to pay to return . Just a sleezy way to con people. DO NOT BUY!

I made a one off order to try a facemask from quasi. They are now sending them on subscription which I never requested. I have sent several requests to stop any subscriptions with them. Be very very careful ordering from this company

Literally horrible product, horrible customer service, complete waste of money, 30 day refund is a scam . 20% restocking fee and they make you send remaining product back and pay for shipping yourself. AWFULLL

Absolutely a scam. They state you can return an item but it will “never get to them” and neither will your money. Stay away from this company. Your money will continue to leak away from your credit card. And you will never get returns credited back

I use to love these mask, but then they changed and the last two times I used there masks my skin was red for a week or more after. Should of stayed with the original formula, what a shame

Skin was red hot and irritated after using. I do not have sensitive skin.
