I received a product that was not quasi. It was brand less but in similar packaging. Reported the same day as received. Offered a replacement or refund, asked for a refund, told a replacement would be sent. Received an email asking for my address, advised they could use the same address from my original order. Told they’d provide shipping details, never shipped. Asked again for a refund, now being ghosted. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! UPDATE - June 10. The response provided by Quasi to this post is untruthful. They asked for my address again which I responded and referred them to use the address on the original order. Muhammad confirmed they would use these details via email on May 31. I followed up 5 days later asking for a tracking number and received no response. I have followed up again and still no response. UPDATE - June 11 Product ordered finally received, one month after ordering. But buyer beware of imitation products being sent when purchasing.

‼️‼️‼️‼️Scammers‼️‼️‼️‼️ Stay away from this company. I never subscribed for the product but they charged me and I emailed them immediately to cancel the order but they didn’t. Now they won’t even response to email or accept return.

Like the masks - switched to the Salmon but haven't noticed much difference from the original. I am not sure if I use the peelable tube mask on top of the face mask or by itself? I'd like more info on the product pages.

The customer service & shipping with Quasi are horrible! The product is great but they don’t honor their promotions unless the customer pays extra shipping. I did not even get the correct type of mask I ordered & half my order was missing. When I notified Quasi of this they said their website made a mistake. The only way they will send the other half of my order is if I pay extra shipping cost! I am very disappointed in this company. And this response was only after several emails back & forth with customer service. I will say the mask work great & I do love them, however, I do not think I will do business with a company that does not honor their word or promotions, especially when receipts are provided.

I’ve used a few different brands of collagen masks, and this is the only one I’ve seen immediately results with. I’ve struggled with acne and dry skin for decades, and combined with other products, my skin is clear and soft with minimal breakouts. My cystic acne seems to have completely disappeared since regularly using quasi masks.

I only left one star because I didn't have a choice. I re-read my emails looking for my refund and I sent screenshots of the support team saying I would get my refund. I looked at my messages and I've been dealing with this issue since 3/30 is when is when my order was delivered to the wrong address! April 12th is when, I proved I never got the package and was promised a refund. April 27th is when they said my refund was issued and it would be 5-7 days depending on my bank. I proved the package was delivered to the wrong door, not my fault. Quasi was supposed to be doing some kind of dispute with the delivery company. I'm not sure whatever happened with that but my refund was issued April 27th then it should have been here by now. I just received an email saying my order was delivered even after I proved I never received my order

Ordered the Quasi glass bundle- the 2 packs of masks that i received arrived with no issue but they also sent an unbranded version of their night mask. I ordered the collagen night sealing mask but i received an unbranded collagen night wrapping mask. I have queried the error many times, now they are not returning my emails and i have not been issued with a refund. Communication was great with customer service email to begin with and i sent over all the photos that they requested. An advisor told me that the unbranded version sent “should be the same”. Now communication has stopped. I feel dissatisfied and disappointed, i appear to have fallen for the hype and been scammed.
