I accidentally signed up for a subscription when ordering the hydrating mask and reached out to customer service for assistance. Elizabeth responded very promptly and was incredibly courteous and helpful. Without any hesitation, she canceled my subscription and made the entire process quick and stress-free. I haven’t had a chance to try the mask yet, but based on my experience with their customer service, I’m already impressed with the company. I’m looking forward to trying the product and seeing the results!

Apparently, placing an order means that you are signed up for a year’s subscription at $30 a month. I don’t recall signing up for a subscription, I just wanted to try it once before deciding to order more. Before I had a chance to try it, I got a message that the next one would arrive shortly. I contacted the company to cancel the subscription. I was collates that it was cancelled. Then I was told that it would cancel at the end of the year. That’s 10 more months. Don’t get mixed up with this company. Any company that tricks consumers into a subscription they can’t get out of must be desperate to use entrapment to keep getting money. I have never tried this product, and I am really upset that I have to take drastic action to get out of an unwanted subscription.

Hi there, we're sorry about this experience. We understand how upsetting it is to feel locked into something you didn't intend to sign up for. No customer should have to take drastic action to cancel. We want to look into your account and make sure your subscription is fully cancelled without any further charges. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will get this resolved for you. Warm regards, The Quasi Team

I had to hassle them to even send my order. When I finally received it, it was only part of my order. Their products don’t do much for your skin. They are just nice for a relaxing self care. However, they are scammers and stressful to deal with so the masks kind of defeat the purpose of a relaxing day. How can they help you relax if you don’t have them and the company has stolen your money? Plus their background story is a total like and this is not Korean skincare. I have contacted this company at least ten times asking about my order and they have ignored me each time. I’m not going to keep wasting my time just to get ignored. I will continue to report this fraud company to every necessary consumer protection agency. Yes, please post your proof that your ingredients and brand are indeed Korean. Save yourself the headache, just buy Biodance. Neither is a necessity to your skincare routine or have long term effects. Now, they are giving me the run around. They stated they processed a refund. When I asked for proof, they are now stating they aren’t giving a refund but now opening an investigation. Just don’t bother with this scam company.

Hi there, we're sorry about this experience. Having to chase your own order and then receiving it incomplete is not acceptable. We want to make sure you receive everything you paid for. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll get this sorted for you. Our products are formulated in Korea, and we're happy to provide more information about our formulation if that would be helpful. Warm regards, The Quasi Team

Why are so many saying customer service is dishonest? Unable to cancel subscription? And company only responds to so called good reviews. Red flag!
