Have ordered multiple items from this company and have been very pleased with with our products. Had a small shipping issue but was able to get it fixed immediately with expedited service. Will definitely use them again!

Overall the process and product was great. Upon receipt some of the hardware was missing in the shipment but once informed we received the additional hardware quickly and without issue.

Disappointed in the delivery delay. The sole reason I placed my order with your company for a product I found cheaper elsewhere was due to the quick delivery. Unfortunately the delivery date I was promised was not met (was a week late) and when the item was delivered (3 boxes in total due to large size) it was delivered in over the course of two days. I couldn’t put the desk together until all the pieces were delivered. AND one of the pieces of the desk was the wrong color. So I was delivered an incomplete mismatched desk. I was offered a free replacement for the matched item but I’ve yet to receive the item or anticipated date of delivery. So I’m not satisfied with my first experience ordered from this company. Delayed delivery, Multiple shipments for one item and incorrect color....

I was very, very, happy with my order with OfficeFurniture2go, and, especially, with its personnel who handled it. The order (in the $4,000 range) was a major financial commitment for me, and I needed to ask quite a number of questions before placing it. Its staff (in that case, an individual named Shawn Heyer) patiently answered all of them, promptly, and (as I saw after the furniture was delivered) fully accurately. The furniture I ordered was an excellent value--of high quality, and for a fair price. And as importantly, I appreciated the cooperation and support I got from another individual at OfficeFurniture2go (whose name was Sarah Frandle) and its Connecticut freight forwarder when I needed to ask for delays in acceptance of delivery because of the problems we’d had in Connecticut because of COVID-19. OfficeFurniture2Go was very accomodating in that regard, and treated my health needs (I'm over 70, and a high COVID-19 risk) with understanding and compassion. All in all, a great company. And I'd happily do business with OfficeFurniture2go again, and send my friends there if they had needs like I did.

Ordered a Newport HIP Chair for my Boss. The chair is excellent quality - strong, sturdy, and comfortable. My boss is very pleased. Like most purchases these days, the chair had to be assembled. My employee was confused by the instructions and thought we needed replacement parts. I called OfficeFurniture2go and then began the request for the Replacement Parts via email. I found the customer service reps at OfficeFurniture2go to be professional and prompt with their responses. They were able to get me the replacement parts I thought we needed. I have since returned the unused parts back to the manufacturer. I am giving them an excellent review because the mishap was my employees error and they were very helpful and professional and we are very happy with the chair.

Scuff marks on this product. One corner mashed up. Have not been able to get a hold of anyone to report this, have given up and just accepted it. I've wasted plenty of time on this, I hope our employees do not do the same.

I spoke with Sean W. who helped guide me into finding a desk with cabinets that I have been searching for for a very long time. He was friendly and offered to send me color samples so that I can make the best choice! I can't wait to continue working with Office Furniture 2 go!
