The only reason for 2 stars is because the desk is really nice. The process was unbelievable trying to get it actually delivered - then when it was it was dumped on the curb the entire 500 lb pallet

I still don't have the furniture that I ordered! I called a week ago and spoke to a Customer Service rep. They told me it had been delivered, which it had not. She said she would follow up with the manufacturer, and I haven't heard anything since!

Hi Reid- I am so sorry. I do see where there was a delivery issue on this order for the file. The Fedex system is quite overwhelmed currently due to the virus. All we've ever received is EXCELLENT service from your company. We've been ordering furniture from your company since November 2017. Tony D. is very prompt with getting me quotes and Sarah F. is awesome with customer service and they both are extremely friendly. Out of all the furniture we've ordered, we've only had two locks that needed to be replaced and a 2 Drawer Lateral File Cabinet that was not received. Each incident was immediately and happily corrected. I could see the "smile" through the phone calls and emails. I 100% recommend anyone to purchase from OfficeFuniture2go.com / everything2go.com. I also appreciate that I get an email from David Wierdsma, the President, after I receive my order to let me know he is available if I need anything. The furniture has worked out very well, is beautiful and has met our needs. The delivery is the only issue we have and I know it's not controlled by your company.
