Ed was amazing to work with and confirmed my order to make sure I did'nt have duplicates or missing items, as well as giving advice on receiving expectations (one of my products needs a fork truck or loading dock to off load). I place an order online and Jeff Reddick followed up to make sure I was getting what I wanted based on a previous purchase. It was a very easy process to order and submit using our tax-exempt status. I called Shawn and he was great! Since I had the items in a cart, I was able to provide the reference # and he could take care of my status right away.
