Incredible customer service!!!, loved the products that I received and will be sending more customers their way!!

I had to wait 4 months to receive a desk, :( they should put a tag "out stock" stead offering it as available.

I ordered a wall mount hutch on October 17 with a delivery date of 10/31 at the latest. It is now November 16 and I still have not received the furniture. At this rate I dont know if I will ever receive it. When I contacted customer service about the delay they were less than helpful with no follow through. I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a desk from the 2020 office furniture catalog a couple weeks ago and without thinking I ordered the wrong piece. What was suppose to be a left facing desk ended up being right. Frustrated at myself and flustered I called customer service to see if I would be able to exchange that one piece. I was told they would only be able to do a return which is going to cost $$. Already on a budget I said I will have to make it work. My customer service rep went above and beyond and emailed me shortly after our conversation over the phone and said they would send me a left piece if I donate the right faced piece. OfficeFurniture2go is easy to work with, provides great product for a great price and they send it quickly! 10/10 definitely will recommend to anyone seeking anything office related!

Furniture2go has always been my go to for office furniture! They have good pricing, quality product, and excellent customer service. anytime i've had an issue with a product they quickly resolve it. recently i received a lateral file that was damaged, but useable. they quickly offered a solution that worked great for us!

This is our second purchase from OfficeFurniture2go and I will continue to order from them. I've noticed from some of the other comments that deliveries seem to be challenging at the current time and the company, I believe, uses third party delivery. I had an unpleasant situation with our delivery and when I phoned OF2G, Tina Willis was extremely patient and helpful. She offered a solution and, as a result, kept my business. They've been very professional and pleasant and we've been pleased with the furniture we've purchased.
