The desk came well packaged, but it did have a lot of dings in it. in multiple areas of the desk. It comes in 3 boxes, and you have to open all 3 up for the instructions. The desk is not what i expected but it does fit great. Not the easiest to put together but a good desk. If i was to go back i probably won't spend this much on a desk with imperfections but happy over all

Missing pieces for hutch

The only complaint is that I had to track down shipping information and it seemed to take forever. It would have been nice to have a clue how long the process would take. Maybe a "Thank you for your order, you can expect your product in 2-3-4 weeks. Shipping information will be sent within XXX days. The desk was great - a lot of steps - but looks nice and is what we anticipated.

Good material, good finishing. what i need to get invoice for the order, it is hard to find the invoice at all when i follow the order in the website. there is not link to lead me to the invoice.

originally we gave a not so good rating due to damage upon receiving delivery but in almost instantaneous response and make up for such incident we are extremely happy with the end results and will most likely be buying from you guys again. In the near future we have another office that needs new furniture and will be happy to use this website 100%.

Overall the process and product was great. Upon receipt some of the hardware was missing in the shipment but once informed we received the additional hardware quickly and without issue.

We ordered 2 Modern Walnut Desks. We were emailed prior to delivery to let us know that the desks are unloaded via pallet and left at your door. We told our driver where to unload and everything was easy on that front. Beautiful desks. Great quality/material and easy to assemble (drawers come pre-assembled). Customer Service is off the charts. Sean Willis has been super responsive and easy to communicate with. He let us know about how the delivery happens (if we had the availability to get the items inside ourselves) and emailed us tracking information. Why it only gets 4 out of 5 stars is they sent us the wrong size desks. Our desks were suppose to be 36" deep and ended up only being 30" deep. In the long run, the 30" might have been what we should have ordered from the beginning; but still, what came was not what we ordered. Sean with customer service was right on top of it. I let him know the situation and issue and he provided us a partial refund for the mistake. We appreciate them owning up to their mistake and doing something about it. Only had for a week, but very high quality desks. Will order through them again if needing office furniture.

The only reason not receiving 5 stars is because it was not clear that my order would arrive in 3 different shipments and arrive on 3 different dates.
