If you purchase from Office Depot or Office Max online, I suggest you not use PayPal. PayPal approved the transaction, Office Depot sent a message that it was not approved so I paid with my credit card. The PayPal amount is still pending showing approved and that Office Depot has not captured it. So, I am currently out double since both transactions have been removed from my accounts. I have been on the phone with Office Depot 4 times and PayPal twice. PayPal can't do anything with it because Office Depot has to cancel on their end and Office Depot claims they have no ability to do so. Complete waste of time and absolutely horrid customer service. Good way to ensure I shop at Amazon where this kind of ridiculous type of thing doesn't happen.

Went to make color copies at Office Depot 2627 Okeechobee Boulevard all copy machines with down big sign said $0.59 color copy I got a desk say I would like color copy said sure no problem and then charged me $0.71 a copy very polite and pleasant as they would taking my money and ripping me off talk to the manager of the store said I know the machine sit down I'll take a note that you said the machine was broken. No Satisfaction from

The company I work for needed an item... so I placed an Online order January 27,2020 and delivery was to be Feb 3, 2020. Then delivery was set to 2/6/20... when I didn't receive the item I contacted Office Depot... I was told the item is coming from a "Third Party" and they had to contact them for information on shipping. Feb 7 I find out that Third Party has item on Back order. Expect to get them in Feb 27 THEN WHEN order is filled it will take 3-5 days to get here. The 3-5 days is expected.. it's the March (maybe) delivery date which will actually put the item about a month (or more, depending on WHEN order is FILLED). That is not acceptable. I will NEVER order from Office Depot Online ever again without talking to someone and finding out if it is from Third Party and more details. I will not trust the "delivery date' provided by the website.

I had an order returned for pickup on January 20th. After countless emails and phone calls I've gotten nowhere. I haven't received my refund yet. Yesterday they said it processed on their end. My bank knows nothing about this and I still haven't got my refund. Terrible customer service.

Received a # discount coupons in the mail for Office Depot. Went there today & none of the coupons were accepted since I purchased: printer paper (on sale); G2 pen refills; & ink for my printer. So in very fine print none of the coupons could be used on sale items (paper) nor on any ink products. What a gimmick to get customer in store to purchase & yet no savings offered.

Worst stationery Company I have ever come across. The accounts are very rude and very unhelpful!

Just shocked at how little the employees cared on Creedmoor Rd in Raleigh, NC. Honestly, had a simple but expensive copying job. Told me that no way to get to it today....just way too busy....just too far behind....could’ve put it in a copier and been done. FedEx store 100yds away took less than 5 minutes and took my $130. Disappointed, but I know where to go now!

Terrible experience at the Austin Texas 5th street store. Placed a $1,000 OCR order. Waited four weeks. Waited 30 more minutes in line to pick up the order. Received PDF files instead. After being placed on hold and disconnected three times, finally talked with a manager and received a full refund. Just terrible, inattentive, poorly trained people all around. OD won't be around much longer.
