Office Depot customer service is nonexistent. I placed an order a month ago and they can’t be bothered to ship it. I have contacted them a dozen times and gotten the runaround. I asked them four times to cancel my order and they refuse do I will have to file a chargeback. Don’t waste your time with Office Depot. Hopefully all of their stores close like our local Office Max has.

Don't buy anything from Office Deport. I bought a laptop and returned it and it has been a month I can't get my money back. They lie all the time and say different things each time I speak to them. Very disappointed.

Really disappointed about a female employee's attitude at the store in Lexington, KY (3220 Nicholasville Rd). She was the only one in the store not wearing a mask. When I asked where her mask was, she replied "I'm not wearing one." It's a shame that someone is willing to put others at risk just to make a political statement.

They email me stating free next business day delivery, I buy three folding tables at 8:00 am on Thursday for Friday delivery, Friday I call Office Depot, where’s my tables? They say in transit delivery Monday, I say cancel the order, I needed them for Mother’s Day May 10th, say can’t do that I need to refuse at delivery, I did on Tuesday the 12th, today is 5/23/20 they still have my money!!!! Never use Office Depot for anything EVER AGAIN!

I watched Kathy humiliate a customer in office Depot in Pace FloridaI really don't think she needs to be employed there and what she did was horrible she was saying things that were not professional and acting like she had a personal vendetta against this person all of a sudden and was saying that she's not accepting any emails as proof of an SPC number from a corporate office of office Depot she wants an actual card the person said she was there every day and had requested a card but have not received it yet and Kathy said will how many times am I going to have to tell you in a threatening manner to her and the mom with the two kids just paid and left, but she didn't stop there she went on and on about it humiliating that woman in front of the other 10 customers that we're still in the store and I was standing there wondering why is she being so horrible to that person and working for office Depot and it was more than just a bad mood.

Terrible! I ordered a battery back up from officedepot.com and it came broken. I tried to return it to a store and pick up one that worked for my business. they could not return a product I ordered on THEIR website! Why would that be? So I spent 30 minutes on hold on the 1800 number to be told they would email the manufacturer to find out my options. My options? It was broken out of the box! I have a business to run, I cannot spend all this time when online is supposed to be convenient. I hope Quill is not affiliated with Office Depot because that's where I will order from now on! Get it together! No help at all!
