Beware of buying sparking water at Office Depot. My son bought me bottled Ozark sparking water x 240 bottles. Upon opening the first bottle , I noticed that it didn't sizzle , opened the next bottle, same - didn't sizzle and so on..... I found out that all the bottles had expired on 5/24/2020 !!!! That's 7 months from the date my son ordered them . The merchandises were bought on 1/24/21. It proved that these product had been sitting in their warehouse even before the expiration date. DON'T EVER BUY BOTTLED WATER FROM Office Depot !!!

I would like to compliment a recent interaction with an Office Depot representative. She was willing to listen to my feedback and was very quick and efficient in working with me on my concerns. In a very short time all the concerns were addressed and settled, thus the Office Depot customer service earned a "high five" from me. I have to ad prior to the recent issue I had previous good experiences within stores in terms of how efficiently they handled my orders. So this one time problem was fixed to my satisfaction as they went far and beyond to show how much they value their customers.

The Epson Ink (410XL) on OD website sells for $73.29 each. When they ring you up at the cash register, they charge you $81.99

Is there a -1 for this? Best I could do is give a “1” star! Ordered a filing cabinet. Horrible online with trying to apply a discount they offered to me. When applying the coupon it automatically opened another tab and said I had nothing in my cart. So then I found my opened tab with my 1 item in it and went to apply the coupon only to be told I’ve already used it??? Such convenience of online shopping. So, I had to go into the store which the man there was very helpful. Got the filing cabinet delivered last nite and it’s damaged. And I don’t think it was the delivery man but came that way from their warehouse as the box was not damaged. I called customer service today and “all I wanted” was get a replacement that was not damaged. Same exact item! Oh...they can’t do that! My options were a refund check as I paid cash...and will have to wait 2-4 weeks for it...seriously? Or I can get a gift card which means I will have to use it in some way, shape, or form there if I were to get another damaged filing cabinet...now my cash is a gift card and I’m stuck spending “my” cash at their store. By the time I was getting towards the end of my call with customer service I decided on waiting the 2-4 weeks for my refund check as I will NEVER shop there again! Horrible customer service and return polices. I would NEVER recommend shopping there because of my experience. There are plenty of stores to shop for a filing cabinet and this isn’t a store for me with those kinds of policies. They took my cash in a nano second and now wait 2-4 weeks to get it back? Can’t deliver a replacement that’s not damaged? Nope never again!

As a follow up, as of today, they have scheduled 4 pick ups over the course of the past week and nobody showed up any of the days to pick up the laptop. This is beyond ridiculous, I am at my wits end, I don't know what to do at this point. I may have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge....I don't know?

I ordered online 4 boxes of masks. The email confirmation I received stated "shipped." I clicked on a link and it brought me to a 3rd party site for Final Mile Logistics. On that site, it stated "late" and a few days later "in transit." After over a week of not receiving the package nor an update from Office Depot or the carrier, I wound up texting and emailing a call center in India - and got no resolution. I went into a physical store and the manager stated the package was not shipped and probably was stolen by the carrier! Horrible experience - do not order from Office Depot!

Probably one of or if not one of the worst online shopping experiences that I have ever had, I had ordered a RTX 2060 off of their website for around $400 dollars. I had ordered this product on 12/12/20, and in the following weeks the product said that it had finishing processing and that they were going to be receiving the card from the manufacturer sometime soon, but that just turned out to be a lie. I had maintained patience until around February, and then decided to contact them to ask them if I should cancel the order, they not only now have listed on their site that the product is no longer available to be ordered, but that have also cancelled my order without permission or reason. The card was still showing up as out of stock for a long time, but I had figured that since I had ordered it when it was in stock that I would still be getting my product. Apparently not because while my order was pending they took the item off of their stores, but for some reason must have forgotten to give me mine. I would never and will never recommend this company to anyone.

I purchase something every week at Office Depot. I've seen the "charity donation" button maybe for years. BUT!!! Today it said something like "donate to a minority owned small business: $1 $5 $25 $100". What?? Who are the "minority owned small businesses"? My wife owns & runs a small business, as a woman . . does she qualify as a MINORITY OWNED SMALL BUSINESS??? Or after working hard 70 hours a week every week year after year . . is she suppose to donate some of her spare time and earnings to who? Office Depot use to be a nice place to buy office products I needed. NOW it's just another WOKE national chain that's been allowed to continuing doing business by our Dear Leaders. Small businesses are struggling and many are gone forever . . . Minority or Not.
