Office DepotReviews of officedepot.com

Wished that I found this before ordering from Office Depot. Was promised my package but did not arrive. Agent now tells me the item is out of stock because of COVID-19. Funny thing is I see on Reddit even the agents don’t believe what they are saying.... cancelled order with no confirmation. Company can pay for google ads to be at top of search result while keeping customer advance payment as hostage. If no refund within the next week I will request charge back from bank

I buy a number of HP 98 print cartridges at a time because I don't want to run out and buy a new one every time I need to replace the cartridge. HP print cartridges have a "use by" date on the packaging and on the cartridge itself. I replaced the old cartridge with a new cartridge I had bought a while back. The "use by" date was not past. My HP printer told me the new cartridge was defective. I returned the cartridge to the Delafield, WI store where I bought it and showed them my receipt and that the "use by" date was not past. I spoke to the store manager. Despite the fact that I have bought more than $5000 in office supplies and equipment over the last 7-8 years, they would not replace a $40 HP printer cartridge. They refused to give me a new cartridge to replace the defective unit. They offered me a 50% discount on a new cartridge. They said they only replace items that are defective if they are less than 30 days old. These HP 98 cartridges cost about $40 each. I told them this was not good enough. So, i recommend that you do not buy any HP cartridges at Office Depot. If it is defective and you ask them to replace it, they will not replace it if it is was bought more than 30 days ago.

Address: 8605 Bird Rd, Miami, FL 33155

"Thank you Jaque!" - The manager at the 52nd and Wadsworth location, in Arvada, took great care of us with an issue we had with an online order. This store is close to where we live and we just came in to see what we could do.... she took the matter into hand and came up with a quick resolution. Very pleased with how this location and it's employees have consistently gone over and above expectations. Thank you! T Penny

I ordered a desk online, it never showed up. The website said it showed a delivered. I called and they gave me another tracking number. New tracking number showed it was with the shipping company. It never showed up. I received an email a few days later showed that the order had been cancelled and that a new order had been submitted. I called and they said I had been refunded the original amount and recharged for another desk that would show up a week later. I ended up just cancelling the order.

Can not afford American phone workers to handle their business calls. Outsourcing sucks

LIARS - Avoid VikingDirect and Office Depot in Europe I checked stock and deliver time in advance. When the item didn't turn up I checked the status and was informed that the item wasn't in stock at all. I specifically mentioned in advance the item was required for a job on a specific date. They offered no acceptable explanation and summarily terminated my live chat conversation when I was trying to get it resolved.

I have To give a big shout out to Jessica Star. Definitely a star employee/store manager at the sandy springs location. Pun intended. Her patience, kindness, and understanding with my computer return made my day! She will move up with this company. No doubt
