We were very disappointed with our trip to the store in Delafield, Wi. I'm not blaming the employees at that store because they tried their best to help us, but when they have no clue what's in stock & delivery time & your policy of pay up front & then we will be told if & when we will be getting what we just paid for is totally on the management of that store. I just got my printer today because I ordered it off Amazon not from your store, because of the training you gave your employees. GET IT TOGETHER !!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My product is very late. They have no idea where it is. They don't know why it's late... no explanations. They have told me for 5 days "you'll receive and update tomorrow!" - never an update. This company is a joke.

Horrible online presence. Searched for a 1TB internal hard drive, got an Office Depot hit at a good price. However after placing the order, confirmation email revealed a different product (512GB version). Online cancellation was "not available" so called Customer Service...also unable to cancel order, but "escalated" cancellation with exception to "hear from them" within 24 hours. Of course, heard nothing. Order status shows "processing" and scheduled arrival date is ten (10) days out, so totally incredulous that the order could not be easily cancelled. Will now have to "refuse" item upon arrival and dispute charge with credit card company. Totally unbelievable!

Worst company ever. Never buy from them. I returned an item and they never refunded my money to my account !!!! Terrible service !!!! 😡😡. Office Depot !!!!

I bought a desk chair from OfficeDepot online. The chair is apparently shipped via a partner. When delivered the box looked pummeled, the item dirty and part of the based looked melted. ??? So maybe used? Not sure. Then returning it because it came direct from partner, was a nightmare. I've shopped in the store before but buying this online, was an awful experience. I had to file a PayPal dispute to get a refund even after the chair had been returned.

I purchased some invoices during lockdown while my store was closed non essential retail. My building does not have a letter box. The goods did not arrive. I complained and the goods were sent back out. The postman delivered the goods to another store near me. Whilst at home during lockdown Office Depot part of VIKING DIRECT started harassing me for money. I paid by PayPal when i placed the order and presumed i had paid in full. I received my order 3 months later. Office Depot VIKING DIRECT had passed it on to solicitors so i paid again. The solicitors started harassing me for A £50 EXTORTION FEE STATING I PAID LATE. This has then been passed on to a debt collection agency MIL based in Truro who keep calling me and harassing me for money which is not owed. This is total extortion using solicitors and debt collection agencies to take money fraudulently from innocent customers. The bill is paid in full. DO NOT USE OR TRUST VIKING OR OFFICE DEPOT THEY WILL TRY EXTORTION TO TAKE EXTRA MONEY FROM YOU AND TRY TO BLEMISH YOUR NAME AND BUSINESS THREATENING YOU

Cannot edit reviews. I purchased a desk and its paper veneer peeled off in less than a year. I went to edit the review, but it was not possible. I emailed them about this and they have not responded. It's been weeks. Their chat function does not work most times either.

I am 67 years old and have been buying online for over 20 years, and while I've had a mixed bag of results over that period of time, my most recent experience with the subcontractors they use from the Philippines and India were the worst I have ever encountered in my entire life. While I was trying to get a replacement for dinnerware that I purchased on the website I was treated as though they couldn't have cared less about me as a customer. One box of merchandise had 5 pieces of dinnerware that had so many factory flaws that there's obviously little or no quality control over the Chinese factories that sell it to them. I originally purchased 2 4pc place settings and asked to return one of the 2. After speaking to one of their reps, a Phillipino, he said he would get back to me shortly. Two days later he sent me an email and said he had no new information. I responded back and asked him why it was taking so long and if he had no resolution or new information than why was he contacting me. The next day I called customer service again about my displeasure with it now having been 4 days and why was I not getting a return label for the one box of dinnerware. Two days later the first a..hole who told me he had no resolution sent me an email letting me know that he had heard that I wanted to return the entire order and that he had scheduled me an appointment with UPS for a pickup of the entire order. Within a minute after I received his email I informed him that I was returning one box not two, and I would not be staying home to miss work for an entire day for UPS to come and pick up the merchandise. He proceeded to ignore me, UPS showed up while I was at work and left a label for a rescheduled pickup. I then sent him another email about sending me a return label and he went on to ignore me once again. I was enraged, so I decided to wait 3 days until my next day off to call back for the third time to get resolution. I was connected to a woman in India who apologized up and down for the problems and promptly sent me a label for the return I had requested an entire week before. I promptly boxed it up and return shipped it and confirmed it was received 2 days later at their warehouse with proof of delivery. Ten days later I had not received a refund so I sent the woman from India a reply to the email she sent me with the label and tracking information. The next day she sent me a snooty response stating I would get my refund when they received it at the warehouse. Fourteen days later I sent her proof of delivery and I have still not heard back and still haven't received my refund. When I informed PayPal Credit of the issue they said they would give me a provisional credit back but they had no intentions of pursuing getting a refund from Office Depot/Office Max because it was too small an amount. It's been over 21 days now and I have never heard back from customer support and they never did issue the credit to PayPal Credit and as far as I can tell they have no intentions of doing so. That's it for me. I will never do business with them again. BUYER BEWARE.
