I have used Office Ally for over 20+ years and it works very well for me and I trust the process. If a mistake is made it is me, never Office Ally. I only use the very basic information on the Classic part of Office All, not the new program.

I use the old, "classic" version, and I appreciate that it's still available after the update. I also like that I can create forms for each patient that prefills their data on claims.

I initially started my business with paper files and office ally was an intuitive, clearinghouse for my billing. As my business grew I wanted a platform that reflected my ability to offer more for online intakes, clinical note storage, and rapid assistance. I made a change but made certain my clearinghouse remained office ally. They are seem less and the best I have utilized.
