I had questions about bulk licenses, and the customer service rep was quick, patient and thorough in their support. They were able to troubleshoot with me and provide me with a solution I was confident about pursuing.

A little while ago I received a warning from Wordfence relating to Updraft which was an active plugin on my Wordpress / Woocommerce site at the time. I immediately deactivated it from my site. I have just seen that there has been a security incident relating to Updraft and feel incredibly grateful to the Wordfence team for the incredible work they do in protecting our sites. A million THANK YOUs!

Our Threat Intelligence team work hard to ensure Wordfence remains a reliable defense against compromized plugins, bad IPs, and emerging threats. It's way too overprotective! Absolutely pathetic! Been trying to open Alan Thomson Sim but it's blocking me!

The website appears to be accessible without issue currently, so it sounds like you're a user of that website rather than the Wordfence plugin. Contacting the site's owner should allow them to unblock you, understand the reason why, and review any settings that may have been too strict if necessary.

Trying to access a website of a local tool hire firm, and look at the kit they have for hire. Not sure why i triggered a wordfence block, but apparently i was too quick moving between the very basic pages on this site, which has now lost that business a customer...

When somebody installs Wordfence to protect their website from attackers, they may adjust how strict their settings are. If you believe that you're being blocked in error, reaching out to the site's administrator will allow them the opportunity to unblock you and also review their settings.
