I called Octopus Energy to discuss why I was charged two different Oncor delivery charges this month & your CSR Eric explained that Oncor’s price changes once a year & that happened during the month. We also spoke about my contract expiring in a few months & he was extremely helpful with ideas & suggestions how I can remain with Octopus Energy. I was impressed with him & with Octopus’ cancellation policy & overall efforts to retain customers.

I had made an error with my Direct Debit. I emailed Octopus and within an hour Courtney had sorted it and communicated with me clearly and professionally. I have always found excellent customer service when dealing with Octopus.

Spoke to Charlotte today in cus service and oustanding help. I have received consistent excellent customer service from OE being able to send email which gets responded to. I can call and get to speak with someone in less than 1 hour (which is what I experience with my current provider). So helpful thank you.
