Good luck getting ahold of them.
If you call the 800 number you will wait on hold for a very very long time to speak to someone, assuming you don't give up first. The last time I tried the email option it took them 6 days to respond. Want to know what the last day of your billing cycle is? Good luck. Genex had 0 issues showing me the exact day in their app and web page, yet somehow Octopus can't do the same with the same local provider. They make it different every month and there is no way to find out what it is on their web page. Of course it is in their benefit to make it hard. If you don't hit your 1000KW use, they get to charge you another $125, effectively tripling your per KW hour rate. If not for the $150 cancellation fee, I would have have left. This will be my first and last year with them.

We're truly sorry for the wait times and email delays you experienced—that's not the service we're aiming for. We've been growing rapidly as of late and are actively hiring to strengthen our support team. We'd like to make this right. Please reply with your account details or contact us at [email protected] , and we'll keep our eyes peeled so we can prioritize your concerns immediately. Regarding, the last day of the billing cycle, the meter read schedule is controlled by the utility, and while we can give a general estimate of when to expect a bill each month, they are not generated on the same day each month. All the same, we should be able to give you a general idea. We appreciate you giving us a shot and hope we can earn a better experience in the year ahead.
