Octopus Energy and Deavonte' get 5 bright stars! I called in to Octopus Energy and spoke with Deavonte'. He was super-friendly and helpful. He understood my issue right away, asked all the right questions and handled my request in minutes. Please thank him for me. He also sounds like he enjoys helping people and is eager to provide good customer service. All the Octopus representatives are excellent and happy to help. I never have to hold long when I call in. They are also easy to reach by email which is very convenient. Octopus provides excellent customer service and Deavonte' provided excellent customer service. Their rates are also very competitive and they offer solar buyback. 5 Stars! 10 out of10! Definitely recommend!

Deavonte'was so patient with my frustration and was able to fix my issue. The 3rd party sales team that was used to set me up offered me the incorrect plan. Deavonte' went above and beyond to correct it and keep me as a customer. I truly appreciate the extra mile, time and effort shown to demonstrate great customer service. I hope i can stay a customer for as long as I can. Thank you so much Deavonte'!

Very simplistic and smooth transition.

After getting an OUTRAGEOUS electric bill, my mom suggested Octopus energy. I looked at the rates and I’m actually one of those people that I really need to talk to somebody and have them help me figure things out. So after looking at Octopus rates, I gave them a call. I will warn you, you may be on hold for a little bit waiting for Customer Service to hop on. But go about your business because it’s totally worth talking to them . I spoke with Kevin, he was amazing. We talked about a few rates after I gave him my address. He found an even better rate for me. We looked at my usage. We did some comparison of what my bill would be. I’m very satisfied and we’ll see what happens when I get my first bill. In the middle of Texas. in the summer.😂 but I totally recommend!

Deavonte', this guy was awesome and took care of explaining and assisting me with switching to Octopus Energy. He was down to earth and explained everything in a simple way that made it easy for me to follow. I am super happy with the transfer to Octopus!
