I blame this group for the death of my Mom, they canceled her insurance and didn't even make sure she had a follow-up doctor to go to and she was having a crisis I am getting ready to blast this place, it was against the law for you to cancel my mother and then not make sure she had backup doctor to go to

I don't let one person mess up for everyone getting a gud review. U had a staff to follow up with me but she called yesterday and never left a message. Today she called and I informed her she never left a message. It is safe to give out your first and last name when u are being professional. I gave u my first and last name. You only gave me your first name in which I won't mention it. Because this message is about being professional u called yesterday. I never heard of a clinic calling someone home and never leave a message. PLEASE WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS BE PROFESSIONAL. U GET BETTER RESULTS. I HUNG UP THE CALL BECAUSE I KNEW U PUT ME ON FOR ONE SECOND TO MEAN AND HONARY TOWARDS ME. BUT U KNOW WHAT HAVE A GOOD DAY ANYWAY 🙏

Everytime I try to get meds it takes a week and some before I get a response three time's I ask for my meds now I'm out blood pressure up no meds since last Wednesday they not at all caring for that I don't give them any stars this has been going on Facebook to long time for a change new real Doctor's who address these concerns....

This is for the Elgin IL clinic. The PCPs are good if you can keep the same one for more than 6 months. As of today I still don’t know who my new PCP will be. The administration is incompetent at best. I got an order for a mammogram that the PCP never discussed with me. I was supposed to get a call from a PRM over a week ago. Still waiting. I made a complaint and was promised a call back. Again,I’m still waiting. In the meantime we get stupid calls about whether we ordered a medication. I am currently looking for a new PCP.

My husband and I went to visit Oak street health in Gary indiana to see what they had to offer. We made it plan over the phone and in person that we were only there to hear what they offered to seniors. The wait was long, the " meet and greet " we expected didn't happen and we were informed by our insurance that we had requested a update for our current doctor to be changed which we did not! With this happening we don't trust Oak street health.

Horrible treatment , you can't get in touch with your clinic or provider, transportation problems , they just want to see you every three months so they can take test that they never give you results for, there referrals are done wrong . If you call about seeing your doctor about a medical problem you are having they never have a appointment they want you to go to the er for everything thing. The staff that is in the front office is rude it's all a big front , no real care for there patient s . No rapport..I could go on.

I don’t like to be insulted . I don’t like to be told I have to take tests for dementia by big men in scrubs. I said no- I won’t take the dementia test. I was told I have to. What is it with the word NO that you don’t understand? You should take the dementia test. No I don’t like Oak Street Health. It’s insulting & an insurance company scam

Getting a call back is non existent. You call a call center and hope for the best. They make it sound so wonderful. Seeing an actual doctor is maybe like once. They actually called to prescribed my husband heart medication without even testing. They said because he had diabetes. He went to an actual heart doctor...no medication. They need real doctors and stop the crap commercials.
