I don't let one person mess up for everyone getting a gud review. U had a staff to follow up with me but she called yesterday and never left a message. Today she called and I informed her she never left a message. It is safe to give out your first and last name when u are being professional. I gave u my first and last name. You only gave me your first name in which I won't mention it. Because this message is about being professional u called yesterday. I never heard of a clinic calling someone home and never leave a message. PLEASE WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS BE PROFESSIONAL. U GET BETTER RESULTS. I HUNG UP THE CALL BECAUSE I KNEW U PUT ME ON FOR ONE SECOND TO MEAN AND HONARY TOWARDS ME. BUT U KNOW WHAT HAVE A GOOD DAY ANYWAY 🙏

Today I accompanied my friend who has Stage IV breast cancer to Oak Street Health for a follow up appointment. I was highly impressed with Dr Karen Cardon and the Social Worker, whose name I unfortunately didn't quite catch. Both were extremely professional and caring, and spent a large amount of time with my friend.

Very nice people.

I have never experienced a clinic like this. I am so impressed with my interactions with them. From the doctors and the rest of the staff, they make my visits actually enjoyable.. And, the social activities are so much fun to join. I'd give them a AAA+

Yesterday (24 July 25) was my first visit. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, and most were courteous and helpful above-and-beyond as well. The facility was clean, well maintained, and roomy enough to maneuver my (bariatric) wheelchair through. Especially helpful was Melissa, on the front dest (last name redacted to protect identity).

Dr Sohn is knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and tactful when asking questions. She explained some of my previous blood work results in detail and put my mind at ease regarding cholesterol and glucose levels. After the exam, I felt at ease and in good hands. Her team also made some recommendations and made appointments with specialists for me.

Absolutely Wonderful Environment ‼️ it's like going to visit Family ‼️💪
